Breakfast on Toast with Eggs and Hash Browns

Ingredients

  • 2 digestion boost good for you wholemeal bread
  • 40g grated mozzarella cheese
  • 4 waffle hash browns
  • 4 plant-based cocktail sausages
  • Piccolo vine tomatoes
  • 4 quail eggs
  • Purple radish shoots
  • Sea salt
  • Chives
  • Chili flakes

Preparation

  1. Toast the wholemeal bread on one side, then flip it

  2. Add the grated mozzarella to the bread and place under the grill until the cheese melts

  3. Cook the waffle hash browns in the Actifry until done

  4. Cook the plant-based cocktail sausages in the Actifry until cooked

  5. Pan fry the quail eggs until desired doneness

  6. Serve with Piccolo vine tomatoes, purple radish shoots, sea salt, chives, and chili flakes
