Hash Brown and Egg Butty
Ingredients
- 1 wholemeal bun
- Spreadable butter
- Lamb's lettuce
- 2 hash browns
- 1 egg
- Tomato ketchup
- Sea salt
- Chives
- Chilli flakes
Preparation
Cook the hash browns in an air fryer until golden and crispy.
Fry the egg in a pan until cooked to your liking.
Toast the wholemeal bun if desired.
Spread butter on the bun halves.
Assemble the sandwich by layering lambs lettuce, hash browns, and the fried egg.
Drizzle with tomato ketchup and sprinkle with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes.
Serve immediately.
