Poached Eggs on Buttered Toast

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 thick slice of tiger bread
  • Spreadable butter
  • Sea salt
  • Chives
  • Chilli flakes
  • Radish shoots

Preparation

  1. Poach the eggs until the whites are set and yolks are runny.

  2. Toast the slice of tiger bread until golden brown.

  3. Spread butter on the toasted bread.

  4. Place the poached eggs on top of the buttered toast.

  5. Season with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes.

  6. Garnish with radish shoots and serve immediately.

Tips

  1. Radish shoots are mainly for decoration and can be omitted if desired.
