Double Gloucester Cheese Omelette

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • Splash of milk
  • Sea salt
  • 60g grated double Gloucester cheese
  • 1.5 teaspoons butter
  • Chilli and garlic sauce
  • Chives
  • Chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Beat the eggs with a splash of milk, sea salt, and half of the grated double Gloucester cheese.

  2. Heat 1.5 teaspoons of butter in a hot frying pan until it begins melting.

  3. Pour in the egg mixture and stir gently to create thickness.

  4. Cover with a lid to cook the top, or if no lid is available, cook slowly, flip the omelette, or finish under the grill.

  5. Add the remaining cheese, fold the omelette over, and slide it onto a plate.

  6. Drizzle with chilli and garlic sauce and sprinkle with chives and chilli flakes.
