Hash Browns and Egg Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Bread roll
  • Spreadable butter
  • 2 hash browns
  • 1 egg

Preparation

  1. Fry the hash browns in a skillet until golden and crispy.

  2. Fry the egg in the same skillet to your preferred doneness.

  3. Spread butter on the inside of the bread roll.

  4. Assemble the sandwich by placing the hash browns and egg inside the roll.
