Cheese Omelette and Toast

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • Grated extra mature cheddar cheese
  • Chives
  • Sea salt and white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon butterpak spreadable
  • Slices of wheat, spelt and rye bloomer bread
  • Butter for buttering toast

Preparation

  1. Mix the beaten eggs with grated cheddar cheese, chives, sea salt, and white pepper.

  2. Heat 1 teaspoon of butterpak spreadable in a pan.

  3. Cook the egg mixture in the pan.

  4. Finish under the grill and fold the omelette.

  5. Toast the bread slices.

  6. Butter the toast.
