Cheese Omelette and Toast
Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- Grated extra mature cheddar cheese
- Chives
- Sea salt and white pepper
- 1 teaspoon butterpak spreadable
- Slices of wheat, spelt and rye bloomer bread
- Butter for buttering toast
Preparation
Mix the beaten eggs with grated cheddar cheese, chives, sea salt, and white pepper.
Heat 1 teaspoon of butterpak spreadable in a pan.
Cook the egg mixture in the pan.
Finish under the grill and fold the omelette.
Toast the bread slices.
Butter the toast.
