Spirulina and Kale Smoothie with Bananas and Lime

Ingredients

  • 1 cup kale
  • 3 frozen ripe bananas
  • 1.5 tsp Superfood Sanctuary Spirulina
  • 3/4 cup of plant based milk (coconut, almond, cashew etc)
  • 1/8 lime (more flavorful with zest)

Preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Top it with your favorites if desired.
