Spirulina and Kale Smoothie with Bananas and Lime
Ingredients
- 1 cup kale
- 3 frozen ripe bananas
- 1.5 tsp Superfood Sanctuary Spirulina
- 3/4 cup of plant based milk (coconut, almond, cashew etc)
- 1/8 lime (more flavorful with zest)
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Top it with your favorites if desired.
