Zero Sugar Chickpea Brownie Batter Mousse
Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp granulated stevia sweetener
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Drain and rinse the chickpeas, and remove their skins.
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Adjust sweetness and chocolate flavor by adding more sweetener or cocoa powder to taste, and add more almond milk if necessary to maintain consistency.
Chill for at least 30 minutes for best taste, and store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
For an extra chocolatey flavor, add 2 tablespoons of vegan dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs or unsweetened baking chocolate pieces.
