Berry Smoothie with Fruits and Seeds

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1.5 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • handful of dates
  • 2 cups almond or oat milk
  • 2 tbsp linseeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp aronia powder
  • pinch of vanilla powder

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes
