Creamy Smoothie Bowl with Frozen Fruits
Ingredients
- 1 medium frozen banana
- 1/4 cup frozen peach slices
- 1/4 cup frozen mango cubes
- 1/4 cup frozen pitted cherries
- splashes of almond milk
Preparation
Defrost frozen fruit for 10-15 minutes.
Blend frozen fruit and almond milk together.
Add small splashes of almond milk when blending to feel out the texture until it’s the texture you desire.
I ended up adding a little under 1/4 cup almond milk here.
Note: Frozen fruit can be purchased at Trader Joe's for added sweetness.
