Delicious Smoothie with Plant-Based Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 handfuls of baby spinach
  • A splash of unsweetened cashew mylk
  • 1 tsp of ground flax seed
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • A very small handful of frozen mango

Toppings

  • Puffed rice
  • @susprofoods pineapple protein bar
  • some extra frozen blueberries

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
