Chocolate Espresso Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups milk of choice
  • 3 peeled ripe bananas
  • 2 espresso shots made with Whittard’s vanilla coffee, cooled
  • 2-3 tablespoons cacao powder (to taste)
  • 1 heaped scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax or chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Blend together all ingredients.

  2. Add more milk if desired, then serve chilled or over ice.
