Turmeric-Infused Whipped Latte
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup chickpea liquid from a can of unsalted chickpeas (aquafaba)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Whisk together aquafaba, turmeric, and ginger
Whip on high in a stand mixer until frothy (approx

Add in vanilla extract and whip just until incorporated
Add in sifted powdered sugar and beat on high until stiff peaks hold

Top on your favorite plant-based milk - works great on either iced or hot milk!
If you want more of a spiced flavor add turmeric powder, black pepper, and cinnamon into your milk before topping with the whip
If you want a sweeter drink, mix some maple syrup into the milk before adding the turmeric whip
Topping options: black pepper, cardamom, turmeric, cinnamon
This recipe makes enough whip for around 6 drinks
If you only want a few, simply cut the recipe in half
