Chimichurri Crispy Chickpea Bowl

- 1 tbsp chimichurri spice
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- Broccolini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- cous cous
- 1 cup cous cous
- 1 cup veg broth
- 1 tbsp vegan butter
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp chimichurri spice
Preparation
Preheat your @ninjakitchen foodi oven on roast. add rinsed and drained chickpeas to the provided baking sheet with the broccolini. toss with rest of the ingredients. roast for 20 min
In a small saucepan, add broth, butter, and garlic. bring to a boil. add cous cous, cover, and take off the heat. let sit for 8 min. add chimichurri spice and fluff with a fork
