Mediterranean Inspired Quinoa Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can black olives, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 red onion, minced
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 2 tsp dried dill weed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Preparation
Cook your quinoa, chill in your fridge until cold, and then mix EVERYTHING together in one large bowl. Enjoy
