Vegan Sausage and Beans with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • onion
  • garlic
  • Quorn sausages
  • a tin of mixed beans
  • chopped tomatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • wholegrain rice

Preparation

  1. Fry the onion and garlic in a pan until softened.

  2. Add the Quorn sausages and cook until browned.

  3. Stir in the mixed beans, chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano.

  4. Simmer the mixture until heated through.

  5. Serve with wholegrain rice.
