Creamy Vegan Pasta Alfredo
Ingredients
- 2 cups cauliflower
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts
- 2 cups oatmilk
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 1 tbsp vegan butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic
- pasta
Preparation
Boil the cashews for 15 minutes, then boil the cauliflower until it softens.
In a blender, mix the cauliflower, cashews, oat milk, nutritional yeast, salt, and garlic.
Cook the pasta according to package instructions
In a pan, fry the mushrooms in vegan butter, then add the sauce and pasta.
