Tasty Chicken Curd Curry for Dinner

- 1/2 tablespoon Chicken Masala
- 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 tablespoon chilli powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Oregano masala
- Salt to taste
- Tomatoes (amount not specified)
- Garlic (amount not specified)
- Olive oil (amount not specified)
- Onions (chopped)
- 2 eggs
- Water (as needed)
Preparation
Marinate the chicken with curd and spices: 1/2 tablespoon Chicken Masala, 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder, 1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder, 1/2 tablespoon chilli powder, 1/2 tablespoon Oregano masala, and salt to taste.
Put the marinated chicken in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Grind the tomatoes and garlic to make puree.
In a pressure cooker, add olive oil and chopped onions, and cook until light brown.
Add the tomato puree and stir well until it lightly burns as shown in the image.
Add the marinated chicken to the tomato puree, break two eggs into it, add some water, and close the cooker.
Cook for 5 to 6 whistles.
Serve with tawa roti and mint chutney.
