Crispy Air Fryer Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • Kale
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Remove the kale from the stems and tear it into pieces the size of your palm.

  2. Ensure the kale is very dry.

  3. Massage olive oil and salt into the kale leaves.

  4. Arrange the kale in an even layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 minutes. Add an additional minute or two if needed; no need to rotate.

Tips

  1. Save the kale stems for use in green smoothies.

  2. Serve the kale chips with vegan sour cream or French onion dip for added flavor.
