Mango Matcha Yogurt Bites

Ingredients

  • 250g low-fat quark
  • 1 scoop ESN matcha flexpresso powder
  • 1/2 mango

Preparation

  1. Cut the mango into pieces and mash it into a paste. Divide it among the ice cube trays.

  2. Mix the quark with the matcha flexpresso powder. Divide the mixture over the trays. Place in the freezer until firm, about 2-3 hours.

  3. Wait and enjoy.
