Mango Matcha Yogurt Bites
Ingredients
- 250g low-fat quark
- 1 scoop ESN matcha flexpresso powder
- 1/2 mango
Preparation
Cut the mango into pieces and mash it into a paste. Divide it among the ice cube trays.
Mix the quark with the matcha flexpresso powder. Divide the mixture over the trays. Place in the freezer until firm, about 2-3 hours.
Wait and enjoy.
