Mango Coconut Popsicles Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 mango
  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
  • sweetener of choice (to taste)

Preparation

  1. Peel one mango, put the pulp into a blender and mix it.

  2. Stir 300 ml coconut milk with 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt and a bit of sweetener of your choice.

  3. Fill the mixed mango and coconut mixture alternately into popsicle molds.

  4. Place in the freezer and insert the ice cream stick when it is partially frozen.

  5. Freeze overnight and enjoy.
