Frozen Yogurt and Fruit Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 pots of Sojade peach-elderflower yogurt
  • 1 handful of mixed fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries
  • A bit of granola
  • Aromatics like basil, sage, lavender, or edible flowers

Preparation

  1. Pour the Sojade into a dish and spread it evenly.

  2. Arrange the fruits, granola, and aromatics on top.

  3. Freeze for at least 3 hours.

  4. Cut the frozen mixture into bars or triangles and serve.
