Frozen Yogurt and Fruit Bars
Ingredients
- 1 or 2 pots of Sojade peach-elderflower yogurt
- 1 handful of mixed fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries
- A bit of granola
- Aromatics like basil, sage, lavender, or edible flowers
Preparation
Pour the Sojade into a dish and spread it evenly.
Arrange the fruits, granola, and aromatics on top.
Freeze for at least 3 hours.
Cut the frozen mixture into bars or triangles and serve.
Tips
You can store the frozen bars in the freezer for future snacks over the month.
