Easy No-Bake Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients

  • 200 grams cottage cheese
  • 100 grams strawberries
  • 4 tablespoons quark
  • 1/2 packet whipped cream stabilizer
  • 50 grams cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth mousse

  2. Pour into glasses and refrigerate for at least half an hour

  3. Optionally, freeze in a plastic container for half an hour for a more ice-like mousse texture

Tips

  1. For a firmer texture, use a sheet of gelatin or agar agar
