Easy Homemade Strawberry Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 25-30 frozen strawberries
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ice water

Preparation

  1. Wash the strawberries, cut them into pieces, and freeze them

  2. Blend the frozen strawberries and powdered sugar in a food processor until smooth

  3. Add ice water little by little and process again until soft and creamy

  4. Store in an airtight container and freeze in the freezer until the sorbet is firm and ready to enjoy

Tips

  1. Besides strawberries, you can use other fruits like kiwi, melon, mango, watermelon, banana, or similar options
