Festive Snow Globe Cocktail
Ingredients
- 50 ml gin
- 150 ml tonic water
- Ice cubes
- 1 small pinch of edible glitter
Preparation
Add a sprig of spruce or rosemary to the glass, tie with string and tape if it won’t stand on its own, then pour in about an inch of water and freeze.
Once the water has frozen solid, pour the gin over the ice block.
Slowly pour the tonic water into the glass to avoid losing carbonation.
Add a pinch of edible glitter directly into the glass.
Use a long spoon to gently mix the drink, allowing the glitter to swirl and create a shimmering effect.
