Beet and Apple Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 small boiled beets
- 2 apples
- 2 tablespoons honey
Garnish
- Ice cubes
- Sparkling water
Preparation
In the blender bowl, place the beets, apples, and honey. Add several pieces of ice cubes. Blend at medium speed until a smooth and homogeneous syrup forms.
Pour the beet and apple cocktail into serving glasses to fill two-thirds, then add the sparkling water and serve immediately.
