Banana and Oat Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 large bananas
- 4 tablespoons oats
- 10 walnuts
- 2 tablespoons honey
For serving
- Ice cubes
Preparation
In the blender pitcher, place the milk, banana, oats, walnuts, and honey, add ice cubes, and blend on medium speed until smooth.
Pour the banana cocktail into glasses and serve immediately.
