Detox Smoothies for Breakfast and Dinner
Ingredients
Breakfast smoothie
- 1/4 pineapple cut into chunks (plus a slice for decoration)
- 1/2 mango, diced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 ice cubes
Dinner smoothie
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoon honey
Preparation
For the breakfast smoothie: Cut all fruit and place into a blender. Blend until smooth.
For the dinner smoothie: Blend all ingredients using a blender. Pour and serve, and top with additional fruits.
