Detox Smoothies for Breakfast and Dinner

Ingredients

Breakfast smoothie

  • 1/4 pineapple cut into chunks (plus a slice for decoration)
  • 1/2 mango, diced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 ice cubes

Dinner smoothie

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 to 1 tablespoon honey

Preparation

  1. For the breakfast smoothie: Cut all fruit and place into a blender. Blend until smooth.

  2. For the dinner smoothie: Blend all ingredients using a blender. Pour and serve, and top with additional fruits.
