Mango Citrus Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup brewed camomile, lemon and lemongrass tea
  • 2 strawberries
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger

Preparation

  1. Brew the camomile, lemon, and lemongrass tea.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  3. Blend until smooth.
