Mango Citrus Turmeric Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup mango
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup brewed camomile, lemon and lemongrass tea
- 2 strawberries
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
Preparation
Brew the camomile, lemon, and lemongrass tea.
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
