Ingredients
- Mango flesh from 2 mangos
- 2 large bananas, chopped and frozen
- 1 tsp organic ground turmeric
- 1/2 cup young coconut flesh
- 1 cup of coconut water
- Small chunk of fresh ginger, skin removed
