Fruity Immune Boosting Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 6 oz coconut water
- 4 frozen sliced bananas
- 1 orange, peeled and seeds removed
- 1/2 lemon, peeled
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 small knob of ginger, peeled
Toppings
- 1 fresh banana
- other favorite toppings
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients in a Vitamix blender until smooth.
Serve the smoothie in bowls with your favorite toppings.
Notes
If the lemon is organic, you can use the peel.
