Healthy Banana Oat Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 large bananas
  • 4 tablespoons oats
  • 10 walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey

For serving

  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Put the milk, banana, oats, nuts, and honey in a blender jug. Add ice cubes and blend on medium speed until smooth.

  2. Pour the cocktail into glasses and serve immediately.
