Healthy Banana Oat Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 large bananas
- 4 tablespoons oats
- 10 walnuts
- 2 tablespoons honey
For serving
- Ice cubes
Preparation
Put the milk, banana, oats, nuts, and honey in a blender jug. Add ice cubes and blend on medium speed until smooth.
Pour the cocktail into glasses and serve immediately.
