Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup @tessemaes buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter, ghee or coconut oil
  • place in crock pot
  • or instant pot (pressure cooker)
  • 4 minutes
  • add:
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup diced onions

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Cut off top of 4 bell peppers (I prefer red)

  3. Remove stem and seeds

  4. Place in shallow baking dish

  5. Fill with Buffalo Chicken mixture

  6. Top with Cheese, if level 1 or 2

  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes

  8. Top with your favorite guac and devour! ?~Nat
