Peanut Butter Toast and Green Smoothie Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk (any milk works!)
  • Handful of ice
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop of @bloomsupps greens & superfoods mix
  • Handful of fresh spinach (can use frozen too!)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • Slices of bread for toasting
  • Caramelized bananas (optional)
  • @bloomsupps daily greens powder
  • Frozen fruit (for smoothie)
  • Peanut butter (for toast)

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine oat milk, ice, frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, chia seeds, @bloomsupps greens & superfoods mix, and fresh spinach.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. If desired, add 2 tbsp of peanut butter to the smoothie and blend again until well combined.

  4. Toast slices of bread until golden brown.

  5. Spread peanut butter on the toasted bread slices.

  6. Optionally, caramelize banana slices in a pan until golden and slightly caramelized.

  7. Serve the green smoothie alongside peanut butter toast and caramelized bananas (if using).
