Rice and Vegetable Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 cup precooked rice
  • 1/2 cup flour of choice
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • Spices of choice

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.

  2. Form patties and add water if the mixture is too dry or flour if it is too wet.

  3. Bake them at 360°F for about 25 minutes.

  4. Serve with whatever you desire.
