Delicious Homemade Roasted Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- 1.5 kg tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Chop the tomatoes roughly and put them in a large roasting dish.
Add 2 tablespoons olive oil, 8 garlic cloves, and 1 teaspoon salt.
Mix everything together.
Roast in the oven at 180°C for 2.5 hours, stirring every 30-40 minutes.
