Fresh Strawberry Asparagus Salad
Ingredients
- strawberries
- asparagus
- avocado
- rocket
- pine nuts
- a bit of olive oil
- a bit of balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Wash all vegetables and fruits thoroughly
Chop asparagus and avocado into bite-sized pieces
Toast pine nuts in a dry pan until golden, if desired
