Healthy Strawberry Banana Acai Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • frozen banana
  • 1/2 tsp plum powder
  • Tiny piece of beetroot
  • 1/4 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 acai powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and blend until a nice and creamy texture is achieved.

  2. Decorate the smoothie bowl with your favorite fruits.

  3. Note: Freeze fresh fruits yourself instead of using packed frozen fruits, as it is the season for fresh produce.
