Calming Blueberry and Acai Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas
  • 2 handfuls of frozen blueberries
  • 150ml of kefir
  • A heaped dessert spoon of coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tsp of acai powder
  • 1 tsp of Maca powder
  • A splash of coconut milk

Toppings

  • fig
  • blackberries
  • cacao nibs
  • cinnamon
  • cashew nut butter

Preparation

  1. Blend all the base ingredients until smooth.

  2. Top the smoothie with fig, blackberries, cacao nibs, cinnamon, and cashew nut butter.
