Calming Blueberry and Acai Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas
- 2 handfuls of frozen blueberries
- 150ml of kefir
- A heaped dessert spoon of coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 tsp of acai powder
- 1 tsp of Maca powder
- A splash of coconut milk
Toppings
- fig
- blackberries
- cacao nibs
- cinnamon
- cashew nut butter
Preparation
Blend all the base ingredients until smooth.
Top the smoothie with fig, blackberries, cacao nibs, cinnamon, and cashew nut butter.
