Immune Boosting Pineapple Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1 small handful cashew nuts
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 1/2 lemon juice
- A good chunk of ginger
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp raw cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 125ml kefir
- Nut milk as needed
Preparation
Cover the ingredients with nut milk
Blend until smooth
