Perfect Vegan Acai Berry Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 200g frozen cauliflower
  • 200g frozen banana
  • 100g mixed berries
  • 1 frozen acai pulp from @sambazonuk
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder
  • some water

Toppings

  • kiwi
  • persimmon
  • blueberries
  • hemp seeds
  • soy yogurt (plain & mixed with beetroot powder)

Preparation

  1. Blend the frozen cauliflower, banana, mixed berries, acai pulp, vegan protein powder, and water together until smooth.

  2. Top the blended mixture with kiwi, persimmon, blueberries, hemp seeds, and soy yogurt.
