Berry Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 large firm banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 dollop of coconut yoghurt

Toppings

  • chia seeds
  • crushed walnuts
  • gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 tbsp activated cashew butter

Preparation

  1. Blend the strawberries, banana, almond milk, and coconut yoghurt until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings: chia seeds, crushed walnuts, gluten-free oats, and activated cashew butter
