Vegan Chocolate Bits with Nuts and Fruit
Ingredients
- 200 g chocolate (dark and white)
- 1 dl apricots
- 1 dl almonds
- 5 digestive biscuits
Preparation
Melt the chocolate over boiling water.
Meanwhile, chop the apricots and almonds into smaller pieces.
Crush the digestive biscuits into smaller pieces.
Combine everything together in a bowl and pour over the melted chocolate.
Stir until everything is coated in chocolate.
Layer out the mix on baking paper.
Let the chocolate cool in the freezer for a few hours before eating.
Optional: drizzle white chocolate on the top.
