Vegan Chocolate Bits with Nuts and Fruit

Ingredients

  • 200 g chocolate (dark and white)
  • 1 dl apricots
  • 1 dl almonds
  • 5 digestive biscuits

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate over boiling water.

  2. Meanwhile, chop the apricots and almonds into smaller pieces.

  3. Crush the digestive biscuits into smaller pieces.

  4. Combine everything together in a bowl and pour over the melted chocolate.

  5. Stir until everything is coated in chocolate.

  6. Layer out the mix on baking paper.

  7. Let the chocolate cool in the freezer for a few hours before eating.

  8. Optional: drizzle white chocolate on the top.
