Healthy Morning Fuel Smoothie

Ingredients

  • fresh spinach
  • bananas
  • frozen berries or mango or pineapple
  • combination of almond milk and water
  • plain Greek yogurt (omit for dairy-free)
  • protein powder (optional)

Preparation

  1. Gather all ingredients and prepare them if needed, such as washing spinach and peeling bananas

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender

  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy

  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately, or refrigerate for later use
