Healthy Morning Fuel Smoothie
Ingredients
- fresh spinach
- bananas
- frozen berries or mango or pineapple
- combination of almond milk and water
- plain Greek yogurt (omit for dairy-free)
- protein powder (optional)
Preparation
Gather all ingredients and prepare them if needed, such as washing spinach and peeling bananas
Add all ingredients to a blender
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy
Pour into glasses and serve immediately, or refrigerate for later use
