Berry Smoothie with Coyo and Puffed Amaranth
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- slightly less than 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tsp strawberry powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- a splash of lemon juice
Toppings
- coyo
- puffed amaranth
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth and put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Layer with coyo and puffed amaranth.
