Berry Smoothie with Coyo and Puffed Amaranth

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • slightly less than 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tsp strawberry powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • a splash of lemon juice

Toppings

  • coyo
  • puffed amaranth

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

  2. Layer with coyo and puffed amaranth.

  3. Enjoy!
