Creamy 5-Spice Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb peeled and cubed butternut squash
  • 3 cups plant based milk
  • 1 tsp Chinese Five Spice Powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Preparation

  1. Peel and cube butternut squash.

  2. Steam squash in water in medium saucepan until soft.

  3. Add to a high speed blender with plant milk, five spice powder and salt and purée until smooth.

  4. Enjoy!
