Creamy 5-Spice Butternut Squash Soup
Ingredients
- 1 lb peeled and cubed butternut squash
- 3 cups plant based milk
- 1 tsp Chinese Five Spice Powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
Preparation
Peel and cube butternut squash.
Steam squash in water in medium saucepan until soft.
Add to a high speed blender with plant milk, five spice powder and salt and purée until smooth.
