Double Chocolate Smoothie and Chia Pudding Brekkie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower (pre steamed)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • handful frozen berries
  • scoop of @myproteinuk chocolate caramel whey
  • tbsp @myproteinuk cacao powder
  • tbsp @myproteinuk peanut butter powder
  • myproteinuk toffee drops
  • 150ml almond milk + extra water if needed!
  • chia pudding:
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds mixed with around 150ml almond milk and left overnight

Preparation

  1. Layered up with figs, berries and choc sauce ?

  2. If anyone is interested im going to do a full day of eating on my stories today and I’ll also post a full day of eating tomorrow
