Double Chocolate Smoothie and Chia Pudding Brekkie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower (pre steamed)
- 1 frozen banana
- handful frozen berries
- scoop of @myproteinuk chocolate caramel whey
- tbsp @myproteinuk cacao powder
- tbsp @myproteinuk peanut butter powder
- myproteinuk toffee drops
- 150ml almond milk + extra water if needed!
- chia pudding:
- 2 tbsp chia seeds mixed with around 150ml almond milk and left overnight
Preparation
Layered up with figs, berries and choc sauce ?
