Easy Vegan Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • 1 cup warm water OR coffee
  • 1/2 cup of vegan butter, melted
  • 2 T of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups of all purpose flour
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 3/4 cup of cocoa
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and prepare your pans.

  2. Sift all dry ingredients in one bowl.

  3. Add wet ingredients in a separate bowl.

  4. Pour wet ingredients into the dry.

  5. Stir until combined and mixed well.

  6. Pour into prepared pans.

  7. Cook for 45 minutes or until firm.
