Simple Vegan Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
Dry
- 2 cups of all purpose flour
- 2 cups of sugar
- 3/4 cup of cocoa
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
Wet
- 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
- 1 cup warm water OR coffee
- 1/2 cup of vegan butter, melted
- 2 T of apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare your pans.
Sift all your dry ingredients in one bowl.
Add your wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Pour your wet ingredients into the dry.
Stir until combined and mixed well.
Pour into your prepared pans.
Cook for 45 minutes or until firm.

This recipe makes two 6-inch cakes and three cupcakes.
