Lentil Spaghetti with Seeded Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • red onion
  • garlic
  • red pepper
  • green lentils
  • Parmigiana sauce
  • mozzarella
  • cracked black pepper
  • parsley
  • wholegrain spaghetti
  • part baked sourdough baguette
  • Flora original
  • chopped garlic
  • avocado and lemon oil

Preparation

  1. Sauté red onion, garlic, and red pepper until softened.

  2. Add green lentils and cook until tender.

  3. Stir in Parmigiana sauce and heat through.

  4. Cook wholegrain spaghetti according to package instructions.

  5. Combine the lentil mixture with the spaghetti and top with mozzarella, cracked black pepper, and parsley.

  6. For the garlic bread, mix Flora original with chopped garlic.

  7. Spread the mixture on the part baked sourdough baguette and bake until golden.

  8. Drizzle the garlic bread with avocado and lemon oil before serving.
